Submission Process:
Submitting Your Abstract
Abstracts for the CIGRE Australia Conference, CIDER 27 and SEAPAC 27 are submitted through ConfTool, our online submission system. Please use the buttons below.
Step 1: Read the instructions
Click Instructions to download the PDF. It covers the requirements for abstracts and presentations, how to name your file and the key dates.
Step 2: Prepare your abstract
Click Abstract Template and complete it. Abstracts must be under 500 words and written in English.
Step 3: Create your ConfTool account
(first-time users only)
Click New User of ConfTool for a step-by-step guide. In ConfTool, select “Create account and submit contribution”, then “Create user account only”. You will receive two emails, one with your username and one with your password. If you already have an account, go straight to Step 4.
Step 4: Submit your abstract
Click Submission to go to the ConfTool portal. Log in and upload your completed abstract.
Key Dates:
- Abstracts Close (5pm AEST): 10 February 2027
- Authors notified: 17 March 2027
- Papers/presentations due: 16 June 2027
